OUR CAUSE
Every company has many different types of responsibilities, but the most important responsibility a company has is its social responsibility. Here at Malibu Lashes, we don't take that lightly. We have a direct impact on the lives of those around us, employees, customers, clients, families, suppliers, etc. We have as part of our mission to help people and the communities we are in. When we started our business during the Covid-19 pandemic, we saw an alarming increase in the cases of domestic violence.

We have to end this
Together we'll put an end to Domestic Violence.
This is not acceptable! We decided to fight this other disease in our society and put an end to domestic violence.
THIS IS OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We are committed to this cause. Here are the things we'll do to help and support those around us:

- Malibu Lashes will donate a percentage of its profits to Non-profit Organizations helping in this cause;
- We'll provide free education (Lash Courses) for those in this situation. To help them find a new career and be independent;
- For those without a license, we commit to helping direct those in need to financial assistant routes to obtain a cosmetologist or esthetician degree, and after graduation also providing a free Malibu Lashes' Lash course.
- We commit to donating our time and energy to this cause, making a mandatory 3 day (per year) volunteered service for our employees to help in this cause. Employees will be paid as normal working days.
